Description

Two villas located on the hilltops of the northwest area of Mykonos. These villas have stunning panoramic views over the entire island, from the island of Tinos, Syros, Delos to the heart of the town and the airport. You can see the amazing sunset from all areas of the veranda. They are located in private grounds surrounded by stone walls. Both villas have their own separate entrance and their own electrical connections including telephone and wireless internet.

Villa 1: This villa is about 400 sq.m. and can accommodate 8 to 10 persons. The 100sqm swimming pool is surrounded by deck chairs and day beds as well as shower place.

Entrance level: A very large open dining room and sitting area with open fire place and a spacious kitchen with an extra guest WC and a wardrobe. Outwards there is a sizable pergola, constructed couches, built in sofas and a dining area. Also a warehouse and a WC. Moreover, there is an independent guest room with a big bedroom and an en suite bathroom and wardrobe, which has a separate entrance.

First floor: The master bedroom which is larger than a King size is adorned with an open fireplace and an en suite bathroom a walk in wardrobe and a separate office area with a leather couch.

Below the entrance level: A big hallway with a couch and a linen closet. Two spacious guest rooms all with en suite bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe.

Villa 2: This villa is about 350 sq.m. and can accommodate 6 to 8 persons. Both villas can be operated as one big villa of a total 750m2 with 7 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 to 18 persons.

Entrance level

A spacious living room with a fire place, a dining room, an open kitchen and a WC. On the same level there is a big bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. Outwards there is a pergola a barbecue and a dining area.

Lower level

A capacious playroom with a day bed, a TV room and lots of pillows to relax on the carpet. Left and right of the playroom there are two big bedrooms with their own bureau and en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms.
